I help adults navigate their journey toward a more authentic, fulfilling life—one where they can embrace their unique abilities as strengths to grow and thrive.
I also work with families to better understand their high-potential and highly sensitive children—how they think, what they truly need, and how to help them thrive as the unique individuals they are.

Group Mentoring
If you’re looking to join a close-knit, supportive community of people in similar life situations and stages, my mentoring groups might be just what you need. These groups are especially valuable for generalists, multipotentialites, authors, entrepeneurs, and creative personalities who juggle many roles and seek more guidance along the way. Each group runs for 4 months, with two online meetings per month, where relevant topics are discussed, and every member gets the support they need. About me
My name is Inês, and my calling is to guide extraordinary people as they progress on their path toward their true selves. I primarily work with multipotentialites (sometimes known as scanners or multitalented individuals), highly gifted, and highly sensitive people, especially those at the beginning of their self-discovery journey. I also support those who engage with these individuals—particularly families of newly identified gifted children. For those seeking a more authentic, integrated life for themselves or their loved ones, I offer the benefit of my many years of experience and a unique sensitivity to deep-rooted issues, patterns, and the complex interplay between body, mind, and emotions.
Why mentoring? My unique life experience and natural traits have already enabled me to help several people around me. However, I find that I’m most effective when I bring not only their experience but also my own journey and development into the process. This path, especially in its early stages, is often turbulent, and I believe a mentor can help open much-needed new and previously unimaginable possibilities.
I am highly gifted, highly sensitive, and a multipotentialite (with a dash of pirate blood in my veins!). I’ve struggled with underachievement, raising gifted children of my own, and the search for meaning in a world that wasn’t designed for someone like me. A natural scientist by instinct, later trained as a social scientist, I’ve always been drawn to life’s biggest questions (why settle for anything less?). Along the way, I’ve often come up against the limits of being human, the constraints of society, and the boundaries of science as most people understand it. That’s why I take great care in working with those who come to me, adapting my tools and frameworks to fit each person’s uniqueness and where they are in their life. I believe everyone is entitled to a fulfilling life, but that can only be achieved with personalized guidance that honors each individual’s distinct nature. Exceptional people need unconventional solutions to achieve their goals.
