Life changes in whispers or in shouts.
Sometimes you feel the shift coming; sometimes it’s already here.
Deep Journeys are three distinct paths — Spark, Fire, and Flow — each designed for a different rhythm of transformation. You choose the pace. I hold the space.
Spark: The Compass
For when the way forward is hidden in the fog.
Spark is a focused, 2-month reset — a way to stop spinning and start moving with direction again.
Through guided fieldwork, deep conversations, and real-world testing, you’ll rebuild a sense of what matters and where to go next.
It’s concentrated enough to move you forward, yet contained enough to feel doable when life is already full.
Fire: The Expedition
For when the life you have is too small for who you’ve become.
Fire is a 6-month, high-trust crossing.
Together, we’ll dismantle the structures that keep you stuck and replace them with ones that let you breathe and move freely.
With deep sessions, constant access, a solitary retreat, and bold fieldwork, this is for those who know they can’t wait years to feel alive again.
You don’t just reach the other side. You arrive ready to live from it.
Flow: The Map
For when you’re not ready to leap, but you are ready to listen.
Flow is a gentle, 3-month orientation.
We slow things down so you can see the patterns you’re living, feel what’s underneath, and trace a map toward what you really want.
No pressure. No rush.
Just enough structure to keep you moving, and enough spaciousness to meet yourself fully along the way.
It’s the most comfortable place to start if you want change without upheaval, and it often becomes the first step toward deeper work.
Clarity Session: A Single Step Forward
Not part of the Deep Journeys, but often the first spark of one.
One focused session to untangle what’s in the way and leave with a clear next step.
Which Journey Fits You Best?
If you’re unsure, we’ll figure it out together. Book an Alignment Call — no pressure, no sales pitch, just a conversation to see where you are and what you need.
That’s where Deep Journeys begin.
