My name is Inês.

And my work begins with recognition.

Not the recognition of achievement, status, or identity.

The recognition of what has always been there beneath adaptation, expectation, and survival.

Many of the people who find me have spent their lives feeling both capable and misplaced.

They are often gifted, sensitive, complex, and deeply reflective.

They have learned to navigate the world.

They have done the growth work.

What they have not always learned is how to inhabit themselves.

I help people remember their core.

Recognize what is theirs.

Remove what no longer belongs.

And move forward with greater coherence.

My background spans communication, systems, leadership, human development, and contemplative practice.

But the work itself is simpler than that.

It is the work of seeing clearly.

Of listening carefully.

Of creating the conditions in which a person can become more fully themselves.

I live on São Jorge Island in the Azores, surrounded by volcanic craters, ocean, wind, and long horizons.

This is where I write.

This is where I listen.

And this is where much of this work was born.

This is Who We Become.
