Ways to work together

My work is structured across a small number of clear containers.
Each serves a different function and requires a different level of commitment.

You do not need to engage with everything.
The work begins by placing yourself honestly.

If you’re new here, start by understanding the structure.
If you’re already familiar with my work, you’ll know where you belong.

Office Hours

Office Hours are a public-facing format where I respond to questions about alignment, work, and decision-making.

They are not therapy and not personalized mentoring.
They are a way to engage with my thinking and approach without entering a long-term container.

Limited spots. Donation-based.

Core Alignment Groups

The Core Alignment Groups are small, weekly groups designed to support sustained alignment.

They offer structure, rhythm, and shared practice for people who want to stabilize how they relate to themselves, their work, and their lives.

This is where all somatic and nervous-system work lives.

The groups are not about intensity or catharsis.
They are about consistency and coherence.

Retreats & Immersive Experiences

The retreats are immersive, time-bound experiences held in specific locations.

They are designed for perspective shifts, recalibration, and embodied clarity — not escape or inspiration.

Participation assumes familiarity with my work and the capacity to integrate what emerges afterward.

1:1 Work

This work is for people navigating complex transitions that require focused attention and continuity.

This is not exploratory or motivational work.
It is for those who are already oriented and ready to integrate decisions, identity, and direction over time.

  • Flow is a medium-term, supportive 1:1 container for integration and recalibration.
  • Fire is a long, demanding initiatory arc, offered once a year to a very small number of people.
  • Clarity are one-off sessions to discuss a specific question.

They all require readiness, availability, and commitment.
